Lee McVey

As Director of Baseball Operations, Lee is responsible for day to day contact with athletes. Lee is a certified player agent and draft advisor with the Major League Baseball Player’s Association. In his capacity as Director of Baseball Operations, Lee has negotiated with all major shoe and apparel brands and negotiated the highest signing bonus for any player out of Tennessee Tech University. Using established relationships with MLB teams and scouts, Lee makes sure that every amateur player makes the best decision possible for his future.

A former college baseball player and now the most medaled Olympic trainer in history, Dr. Brad DeWeese is an invaluable asset to the TSB family. With the ability to provide tailored training for each athlete’s individual needs, Dr. DeWeese ensures that TSB athletes take full advantage of their abilities.
